Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Travis Leno, who departed this world on May 31, 2025, at the age of 57. Born on October 12, 1967, in Berlin, Vermont, Travis was a dedicated husband, father, brother, and friend, whose impact will be profoundly felt by all who knew him.

Travis served his country honorably for 30 years in the United States Air Force, where he held the title of Sr. Master Sergeant. Throughout his distinguished military career, he contributed to the safety and security of our nation as a recruiter and in aircraft maintenance, and was deployed on several missions. After retiring from the Military, Travis went on to excel as a Construction Project Manager at CMD Construction, where his leadership and diligence were valued by colleagues and clients alike.

Travis took great pride in his education, earning several Associate's Degrees that served as a foundation for his impressive career. Travis enjoyed helping his friends and neighbors. Whether it be helping to build something or tackling a tough project, Travis could be counted on for his expertise and knowledge.

Above all, Travis cherished his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol and his five adoring children: Quinn, Ryan, Hannah, Rachel, and Madelyn; his father, Sterry Leno; his brother, Tyson Leno and wife, Sheila and their children, Camden and Connor; and his niece, Tia Leno. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he devoted himself to nurturing their dreams and aspirations. Travis was preceded in death by his mother, Maureen Leno, and his older brothers, Shawn and Sterry, Jr.
