It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert "Peanut" Henry Whitehead Jr., on February 20, 2025, at the age of 76. Born in Montpelier, VT on May 16,1948 to Robert Henry Whitehead, Sr. and Laura (Ryan) Whitehead both of Montpelier, Vermont.

Though he was known to live his life by his terms, had strong opinions, and a no-nonsense attitude, Robert found joy in the simple things such as cruising on his motorcycle, tinkering in the garage on his classic truck, his love of camping with extended family, and adding to his die cast nascar collection.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Francine (Barabe) Whitehead of Middlesex, VT; his daughters Cortni (Whitehead) Cleveland of Jacksonville, FL; Cortni's significant other Abram Farley, Alicia Whitehead and Raymond Grout of Williamstown; and his beloved grandchildren Riley Grout, Kody Grout, Colby Grout, Kaden Grout, all of Williamstown, VT. He also leaves behind his sister, Sandra Beaudin and her husband Roma Beaudin of Tallahassee, FL; Brother in Law Wesley Davis of Barre, VT, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.

Sadly, he is predeceased by his Father Robert Henry Whitehead, Sr., his Mother Laura (Ryan) Whitehead, his Grandson Dustin Robert Audet, Son-in- Law Timothy Cleveland, and Sister Roberta Davis.

At his request, no formal services will be held.
