Worcester, VT Robert H. Compagna, beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather, 77 of Worcester Vermont, passed away at his home peacefully April 15, 2018. He was born in Manchester New Hampshire on December 2, 1940, the son of Leo H. and Blanch M (Hebert) Compagna. He was a graduate of Goffstown N.H. High school and a Marine Corps Veteran stationed in Okinawa Japan. Married to Georgia Downes in 1972 and lived in Goffstown N.H. for many years employed as a truck driver. In 1986 Robert and Georgia moved to Vermont to follow their dreams of dairy farming until his death. Robert was predeceased by his wife; and daughter, Deborah Tallman. He is survived by his sister, Doris Coleman of Douglasville, Ga; a sister-in-law, Pauline Compagna of Weare N.H.; aunt, Ginger Winslow of Manchester NH; Son, Wayne Ricker and wife Linda of Las Vegas, Nevada; Son, Matthew Compagna and his wife Dawn of Weare N.H.; daughter, Bobbi Compagna Bingel and her husband Cory of Oriskany falls NY; along with 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed and always loved by all that knew him. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Guare and Sons Funeral Home of Montpellier, VT
