**Obituary for Nancy May Streeter**

Nancy May Streeter, born on September 3, 1935, in Calais, Vermont, passed away on April 26, 2026, at the age of 90. She was a beloved mother and cherished friend whose legacy of kindness and dedication will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Nancy graduated from Cabot High School and enjoyed a successful career as a sales associate, working for many years at Price Chopper and most recently at TJ Maxx in Berlin. Her warm personality and commitment to excellent customer service made her a favorite among both colleagues and customers alike.

A resident of the Berlin Mobile Home Park until the devastating floods of 2023, Nancy later moved in with her daughter in East Montpelier, where she found comfort in the company of loved ones during her later years. An avid bowler, she spent many joyful hours at Twin City Lanes, where her spirit shone bright among friends.

Nancy is survived by her loving daughter, Judith Thurlow; her devoted sons, Eric Smith and Albert Smith; and a host of friends and family who will miss her dearly.

Cremation has taken place, and the family will announce a memorial service to celebrate Nancy's life and the memories shared with her. This gathering will provide an opportunity for all who knew her to come together, reflect, and honor her enduring spirit.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local charity in her name, reflecting her caring nature and lifelong commitment to helping others.

Nancy May Streeter will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her generosity, warmth, and the love she spread throughout her life. May she rest in peace.
