Linda (Sweet) LaRose

Linda (Sweet) LaRose, 70, of Roxbury, VT passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2023 at Central Vermont Hospital. Linda was born on February 18, 1953 in Montpelier, VT to Lyle Sweet and Harriet (Nadeau) Sweet.

She graduated from Montpelier High School and went to work at Norwich University, Harry's Pharmacy, and retired from Houle Granite.

Linda married the love of her life Rodney LaRose on June 2, 1971. Rodney and Linda had four beautiful children and they made their home on Warren Mountain Rd in Roxbury, Vermont.

Linda loved family get-togethers, the holidays, fall outings to take in the foliage, and a nice lunch at a newly found diner.

Linda is survived by her children, Richard (Vickie) LaRose, Matthew LaRose, Stephan (Marcy) LaRose, and Michelle (Robert) Morris. Her grandchildren, Michael Jenkins, Zachary LaRose, Danielle LaRose, Tapanga Murray, Braden LaRose, and Mckenna LaRose. Linda is also survived by her siblings, Cathie Powers, Keith Sweet, and Ann Lee.

Linda was predeceased by her parents Lyle and Harriet Sweet, her husband Rodney LaRose, a sister Regina Hutchins, and a brother Mick Blaisdell.

A celebration of life in remembrance of Linda will be announced at a later date at the discretion of the family.
