East Montpelier, VT Judith Ann Goodell, 75, of Sandy Pines Road, died on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at her home with her family by her side. She was born on June 27, 1943, the daughter of Robert and Marion (Orcutt) Wells. She attended elementary school in Middlesex and graduated from Montpelier High School. She was married to Russell Goodell. They later divorced. Judys work was as a homemaker; raising and caring for her children. She will be remembered as a loving and caring mother. Survivors include her children; Susan Goodell of East Montpelier, Pam Deyo of Kingsport, TN, and Russell Goodell of Hardwick, VT; her siblings, Robert Wells of Montpelier, Ronald Wells of Woodbury, Joann Watkins of Barnet, Debora Fruend of Marshfield, Gordon Wells of Graniteville, Donald Wells of Colchester, Patricia Wells of Williamstown, Peter Wells of East Montpelier, and Daniel Wells of East Barre; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held 11:00 on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Guare & Sons Funeral Home.
