Montpelier Joseph S. Mount, 36, of Mechanic Street, Montpelier died Monday, July 20th at Central Vermont Hospital after a prolonged illness of leukemia. He was born in Neptune, NJ on August 31, 1972 the son of Joseph D. & Dale Teresa (Savino) Mount. Joseph received his high school diploma from Freehold Township High School in New Jersey. Joseph had an interest and made a hobby in collecting models trains and trucks. He also was a former paper delivery carrier for the Times Argus in the Montpelier area before his failing health. He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Dale Teresa Mount of West Braintree, VT. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, July 22nd, from 4-7 p.m., at Guare & Sons Funeral Home in Montpelier. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Thursday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 16 Barre Street, Montpelier. Reception will follow th Mass in the parish hall for family and friends. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Randolph.
