Montpelier, VT George E. Lowell, 66, of North Street, Montpelier died at his home April 10, 2008. He was born in Montpelier on February 1, 1942 the son of George E. And Gertrude (Wagner) Lowell. George served in the US Army in the early 1960's. He married Cathy Bushey in Waterbury, VT on September 8, 1968. He is survived by his wife, Cathy of Montpelier, two sisters, Glenna Priest of St. Johnsbury and Katherine Whitehill of Waterford, VT and a half sister, Delialah Carpenter of Vershire, VT and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service and committal will be held at North Branch Cemetery, Middlesex in the spring. .
