Evangeline (Angie) G. Wheeler-Bolio-Jillson born 1/24/30 went to be with her heavenly family September 26, 2013 at Berlin Health and Rehab (formerly from Barre Manor and E. Montpelier). Angie was surrounded by family and friends in the final hours of her life. As in life she went with the Lord very strongly and proudly.
Angie loved family gatherings, trips to Maine with her husband, her Coffee Group, the Thrift Store Bunch, her family at Berlin Health and Rehab and shopping. In younger years her cooking skills were highlighted at many family events showering those around her with love, great meals and desserts.
Angie leaves behind four children Vangene Bolio of Savanna, Il, Brenda Metivier of Waterbury, VT, John Bolio of Barre, VT and Daniel Bolio of Stowe, VT, 9 grandchildren, Richard Moody of Burlington, VT, Pammy Metivier of Waterbury, VT, Shawnda Metivier-Burk of Lorton, VA, Becky Cookson of Barre, VT, Mikaela Bolio of Barre, VT, Samantha West-Shepard of Morrisville, VT, Tabitha West of Morrisville, VT, Anthony Bolio of Newport, VT and Daniel Bolio Jr. of Newport, Vt.
Angie leaves 5 generations of family including sister-in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Everyone will miss her stunning smile and positive encouragement. Angie enjoyed special moments with those around her and looked forward to family outings and visits.
Angie was pre-deceased by her parents Bertha (Spencer) and Joseph Wheeler, her husband Frank Jillson, her 6 brothers, Spencer Wheeler, Oliver Wheeler, Joseph Wheeler, James Wheeler, Ivan Wheeler and Wendall Wheeler.
A Memorial Service will be held grave side at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph Center, VT.
