David Leo DeForge, 59, born to Clyde and Dolores (Crozzoli) DeForge in Montpelier, VT passed away on March 31, 2014 in Missoula, Montana, after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by his wife Charlene Phlypo and her immediate family; his Mother, Dolores DeForge; Sister, Barbara (DeForge) DeWitt and husband, Gary; brother, Steven (Bear) DeForge; and his Aunt & Uncle, Barbara (Crozzoli) Conner and Theodore Conner and their families. He was predeceased in death by his Father, Clyde Leo DeForge and Father-in-law, Charlie Phlypo. A gathering will be held to celebrate Daves life in the coming summer.
