Montpelier, VT Catherine A. Clifford-Severson, 44, of Northfield Street, Montpelier and formerly of the Warren/Waitsfield area died Thursday, August 16, 2007 at her home. She was born June 2, 1963, in Richmond, Virginia, the daughter of Richard P. Clifford and Patricia A. (Dolley) Geyser. She attended St. Michael's Grade School and U-32 High School. Catherine was married in Lake Charles Louisiana, to Thomas Severson of Waitsfield, VT in 1993. Together they owned and operated a cleaning service, Maid in Vermont, in the Warren/Waitsfield area from 1987 to 1998. Because of failing health, she and her husband moved back to Montpelier to be closer to family. She is survived by her husband, Tom of Montpelier; five children, Chelsea of Montpelier; Raven of Montpelier; Cari Anne of Montpelier; Joshua of Barre and Steven of Graham, Washington; and one granddaughter. She is also survived by her mother, Patricia A. Geyser of Antioch, CA; grandmother, Louise Dolley of Graham, Washington; brother, William Clifford of Montpelier; three uncles and aunts and cousins. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1:00pm Wednesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 16 Barre Street, Montpelier. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Lyndonville, VT.
