Danville, VT Carol Ann Colby, 53, of the Glenn Women's Home in Danville, died on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at the Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital. She was born in North Haverill, NH on June 21, 1959, the daughter of Jack Colby and Esther (Witham) Short. Survivors include her mother, Esther Short of Montpelier; sisters, Darlene Colby and Rachel Colby both of Montpelier; and a brother, Roger Colby of Meridan, CT and several nieces and nephews She was predeceased by her father, Jack Colby. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held on October 11, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Bethany Church.
